Advocacy and Client Service Agreements
Doctors Choice Senior Services provides assisted living and memory care coordination services to simplify senior living. Our services are free, and we guarantee we will find the best quality care that fits your or your loved one’s needs.
As your advocate and representative, we work for you to ensure that you receive the highest level of service and care. Our services are at no additional cost to you, and we are compensated by the community only if you decide to move in. We have built strong relationships with our network communities, which enables us to negotiate lower fees and services on your behalf.
When you work with us, we will recommend licensed communities that meet your specific needs and provide consultations with your family. We can schedule tours to recommended communities and accompany you during tours to represent or advocate for you. Clients also have the option to visit communities on their own. You and your family make the final decision on moving into a community, not by our consultants.
By agreeing to our client service agreement, you will have peace of mind knowing that we will be your advocate until a solution has been found or the agreement is terminated. You should only contact communities or residential care homes directly if you notify us, and you should not fill out any forms online to get information about assisted living. If you no longer want us to be your advocate, notify us by phone or email, and we will terminate the agreement as you wish.
We are confident in our ability to provide the best service possible. If the client moves into a community or residential care home and circumstances change, we will remain your representative indefinitely. However, this agreement can be terminated at any time at the client’s request or by Doctors Choice Senior Services.
If you have already begun working with another agent or agency or have completed online forms or searches before contacting us, please let us know as soon as possible. This is because only one agency can represent a client during the search process. However, clients always have the right to choose their preferred agency and inform the communities of their decision. We value your time and appreciate your agreement to utilize our services to find the best care options for you or your loved ones.
